I have been playing around with some batty ideas and have come up with some cute little friends my children find fun. I' m not sure they would frighten many people though - perhaps I need to toughen up!
I have medium-sized bats to hang in trees or on the end of broomsticks or cauldrons or smaller batty badges to enliven everyday dress.
These little badges may be just the thing to mark the day before the transformation into ghostie, ghoulie, witch or spook in the evening in time for lots of fun with trick or treating. Watch this space for other adornments!
Spiders frighten many at the best of times but I think these little tarantulas would make good house (or garden!) pets and may just be fun to hang around with at the end of the month.
How are your pumpkins growing? If you don't think they will be ready in time for Halloween I have made some slug-resistant ones to decorate whatever and wherever you like!
